• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your Account.

• Clients are responsible for accurately describing the project or job they need completed.
• Clients are responsible for setting a fair and reasonable budget for the project.
• Clients are responsible for communicating effectively with Talent throughout the project.
• Clients are responsible for making timely payments to Talent as agreed upon.

• Talent are responsible for accurately representing their skills and experience on their profile.
• Talent are responsible for setting their availability and rates.
• Talent are responsible for delivering high-quality work on time and according to the Client's specifications.
• Talent are responsible for communicating effectively with Clients throughout the project.

• Localee may charge fees for certain Services, such as a commission on successful project completions.
• Clients are responsible for paying all fees associated with their projects.
• Talent are responsible for setting their rates and understanding any fees associated with receiving payments.
• Localee may offer various payment methods, and terms specific to those methods may apply.

• The Website and Services contain intellectual property owned by Localee or its licensors.
• Content uploaded by Clients and Talent remains their property, but by using the Website and Services, you grant Localee a non-exclusive license to display and use such content for the purposes of facilitating project completion.
• You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, or transfer any of Localee's intellectual property without our written consent.

• Localee acts as a platform to connect Clients and Talent. We do not screen or vet Talent and make no guarantees about their skills or abilities.
• Clients are responsible for selecting the appropriate Talent for their project.
• The Website and Services are provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Localee disclaims all warranties, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
• Localee does not warrant that the Website or Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. You use the Website and Services at your own risk.

• Localee shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the Website or Services, including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Localee is not responsible for any disputes arising between Clients and Talent.

Talent are independent contractors, not employees of Localee.
